Sleep is natural process when our conscious mind have rest and relax so we don't react the things occuring around us
Two process occurre while sleeping
* : Anabolic
It helps to increase organs and tissues and also create new cells
* : Catabolic
It helps in breaking compounds and molecules and create energy
Hence sleeping. Is an anabolic process when our body repairs itself and gains energy
1. A good sleep gives rest to our body and stores a lot of energy
2.sleeping well makes your immune system good and strong
3.its also makes your metabmore energyolism good due to which you have more energy
4. It balances your harmone level
Therefore, it you want an healty body and full of energy than well good Sleep is necessary .
It's true that working hard is too important
But having good sleep is very important it's helps to do your work easily and with less mistakes
According to some Research if we do continuous work without having a sleep then your brain will receive less rate of glucose , due to which your brain become restless because it haven't received it's complete food so, it make your brain week.
The reason if you not have a complete sleep you will to eat more sweets because the brain loss it's 14% of glucose. When you done have proper sleep then the part of brain which help you to take decision will not work in proper path and may be you will make wrong decision .
Practical test you can try :
Day 1:
Have a complete 6-7 hours sleep and do your regular work as you do it daily.
Day 2:
Just have 1-2 hours sleep and just go on working full day .
Result:
You will realise that the work done on day 2 is comparatively done in best way as per day 2 work we have been done.
Note:
When you are working for any project or for exam you should have a perfect timetable in which you also have a better sleep. Hence, 100% you will be getting success in it .
# Get More sunlight during the day :
Our body consist a natural clock due to which if your body gets a perfect rate of sunlight then that natural clock get an understand that when our body have to sleep and due to sunlight we get well sleep.
Our body consist of hypothelemous gland which recognise the sunlight and gives signal to brain that the body have not to sleep and keep working. When you work more during night Time in more light then this gland get confused and it's working get's disordered .
Solution.......
The person working in office should gain a sunlight energy during the time period of 6.00am to 8.00am.
1) walk in sunlight
2) seat sometime in gallery of your house or place wherever sunlight comes.
#Avoid the screen before bedtime:
We have to stop using gadget ( Mobile , laptop , ipad ) before 90min while going to bed . The blue ray existing from your gadgets harms your harmonal growth and it also affect the natural clock. Due to this , when you use gadget just before going to bed it will take time to help you to sleep . Their is a money time of sleeping i.e 20:00pm to 5.00am . Due to some scientific trseares it has been known that human body Harmon's start working viz. Cell repairing, gaining energy, so on at 10:00 during night time.
Even you yourself can observe if you go to bed after 10:00, you will unable to sleep immediately.
#Having caffeine curfew:
You have to decrease the consumption of coffee during night time become when we consume or have a cup of coffee we feel more active and energetic.
Hence , when we go to sleep after completing our work , we are not able to sleep immediately due to which we feel sleepy in morning Time . Doctor says that you can only havea cup of coffee before 6 hour of going to sleep i.e after 3 or 4'o clock you should not have a cup of coffee.
Note:
Consumer coffee only 4 days a week.
